Using SIXY
SIXY grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to play and share your own results. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security measures, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other players, or use SIXY in a way that violates applicable law.
Words, clues, and availability
We work to provide accurate, playable puzzles, but dictionaries differ and occasional word-list or technical errors may occur. SIXY may correct a puzzle, modify a feature, suspend access, or discontinue part of the service when reasonably necessary.
Ownership
The SIXY branding, original interface, software, and site content are owned by or licensed to SIXY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranties
SIXY is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every browser or device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIXY and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
